6th July 2023 : ISX Financial EU Plc (“the Company”) reluctantly announces the resignation of Elizabeth Warrell as an Executive Director of the Company.
Ms Warrell was CFO of the Company since its formation as a Cypriot Public Company in September 2021 until May 2023. Mr Ajay Treon was appointed to that role as it is now Cyprus based, and Mr Treon has had the benefit of handover during the last two months from Ms Warrell.
Ms Warrell was also an executive director of the Company from Feb 2020 until end of June 2023.
As a consequence of Ms Warrell’s personal and employment commitments in Australia, she indicated that she is no longer able to serve as a director of the Cyprus headquartered Company as of end of June 23.
The Company CEO, Mr Karantzis said “ On behalf of the Board and Company, we wish Liz all the best in her new role, and thank her for her outstanding contribution over the last few years.
Liz has been outstanding in the role of CFO, and the effort made in managing the EU operation remotely from Melbourne has been incredible.”
