31st January 2024 : ISX Financial's Australian subsidiary, Clearpay Pty Ltd, has recently marked a victory in an intellectual property (IP) trademark dispute in Australia. Clearpay stood its ground against Block Inc’s subsidiary, Afterpay Ltd. The decision in favour of Clearpay protects our intellectual property and validates our approach to IP, including our patent and trademark portfolio.
