ISX Financial EU PLC, announces the appointment of Ben Clayton as Chief Risk Officer, effective 1st September 2024. Mr. Clayton will be responsible for the overall risk function of the Company, including the coordination of EU Risk, EU AMLCO and UK MLRO. Mr. Clayton will also be responsible for the UK risk function directly, with the EU Head of Risk reporting to him directly.

Ben brings over 20 years of experience in risk management and regulatory compliance to ISX Financial. His career in the banking industry includes roles at leading institutions such as Barclays, UBS AG, Lloyds Banking Group, and Nomura. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise to various medium-sized financial institutions, where he has played key roles in shaping and enhancing their risk management frameworks.
Ben’s extensive tenure includes leading the implementation of advanced risk management regulations, enhancing stress testing methodologies, and developing robust financial regulatory planning strategies. His primary aim has always been to manage risk effectively to increase risk capacity, thereby maximizing financial resources and risk appetite.
